which might be incurred during the conduct of this activity.
I further authorize department officials and their agents to take the proper steps to provide medical attention should the participant be injured while participating or
being transported to or from any FAUQUIER KNIGHTS sponsored activity and I hold said officials and Fauquier County officials harmless therefore. Read the

~Attach $85 Fee & Register with Fauquier Knights – 7507 Kennedy Road Nokesville
Va, 20181 (Registrations will be accepted up to the first game week.)
~Minimum *7 players* per team! If you have less than 7, player/s will be added
~There will be no scheduled practices.
~There will be 6 league games on Saturdays, which will end before High School
tryouts
~Teams will be finalized September 17 and schedules will be posted on the
website by September 21. First games will be played September 24
